Today's standard bricks in the U.K. are approx 65mm x 215mm x 102.5mm. This is more commonly known as a standard metric brick.
Circa 1920 - in many parts of the UK - Imperial sized bricks were 73mm high , sometimes 75mm or even 80mm. They tended to vary in size more than many bricks do today . A common description of a traditional imperial (in inches ) is a "3"" brick. CLICK BELOW TO VIEW SOME OF THE IMPERIALS FROM OUR IN STOCK RANGE.
